Welcome to Forexloan.org. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.

1. General Terms

• Forexloan.org provides real-money trading loans to users for forex trading. All accounts use real trading servers provided by Exness as our third-party broker.

• The services provided by Forexloan.org are only available to individuals who are 18 years or older.

• By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in trading involves substantial risk and that there are no guarantees of profits.

2. Account Activation and Usage

• 3-Day Access: Your activation fee grants you access to a real trading account for 3 days. Feel free to apply for as many times as possible.

• Account Termination:

  • If your account executes trades and made profit within the 3-day period, your account will be disabled and terminated but you will get 70% profit split instantly.

  • If, at the end of the 3-day period, your account has not executed any trades, your account will be disabled and terminated. No refund, no profit split

  • If your account executes trades but there is no profit or loss within the 3-day period, your account will be disabled and terminated.

• Password Security: You are not permitted to change the login password of any account provided to you. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

3. Maximum Loss Limits

• The maximum loss amount limit for each account may vary. Please ensure you read and understand the specific details during the registration process, as these limits will be clearly communicated to you before making a purchase.

4. Broker and Third-Party Services

• Forexloan.org uses Exness as our third-party broker for real-money trading services.

  • Any issues related to slippage, spread, requote, server delays, strategy rejections, or other technical matters are governed by Exness' rules.

  • Inquiries regarding these matters should be directed to Exness customer support.

5. No Demo or Simulated Accounts

• We do not offer simulated or demo accounts. All accounts provided are real trading accounts using Exness' live trading servers.

6. Currency and Payments

• Funded Account Deposits, Withdrawals, and Profit Splits: All financial transactions, including deposit, withdrawal, and profit splits, will be done in Naira (NGN).

• Global Access: Forexloan.org accepts users from all countries; however, all transactions and trading activities will be conducted in Naira, regardless of the user’s country of origin.

7. Account Activation Delays

• Due to the influx of traders, the funding of new accounts and provision of real account trading details may be delayed for up to 24 hours. Please be patient as we process your account setup.

8. Trading Risks and Acknowledgment

• You acknowledge and understand that trading in forex markets carries significant risks. You are solely responsible for any financial loss or gain that results from trading activities, and you are encouraged to trade responsibly.

• You agree that Forexloan.org is not responsible for any losses incurred during your trading activities, and you participate at your own risk.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

• Forexloan.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement, including, but not limited to, unauthorized password changes, fraudulent activities, or abuse of the platform.

• In the event of account termination, no refunds will be provided, and access to trading services will be revoked immediately.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

• Forexloan.org reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
